As we wrap up the restoration on my son’s K5 Blazer, we’ve started thinking about what to do for my younger daughter. When I asked her what she wants, she said she wants a Jeep.
But not just any Jeep… it appears that she’s given this a lot of thought. She said she wants a lifted white Jeep Wrangler that will be named Frosty. Clearly, she is a girl that knows what she wants.
It got me thinking about the different names we give our cars; I’ve had several; Old Blue, Big Boy, The Burb, Sheety, Juno and a few others that aren’t appropriate to write. Names are how we identify the car; they can be practical, like “The Ford,” or hilarious, like “The P.O.S.”!
I’ve compiled a massive list of 500+ Jeep names, grouping them by category, color, type, and popularity. And, you’ll be pleased to know that over 460 of the names on these lists are unique! This is quite the list of Jeep names.
You will have options to command respect on and off the road, whether you’re searching for a funny name for your new stock Jeep or something cool enough for your custom lifted rig.
We’ve tried to think of names that would be appropriate for an older CJ7 or a new Jeep Trailhawk. Whether you drive a Grand Cherokee or a stock Rubicon, you should be able to find a name in these lists that fit your personality.
